Miller Commercial are committed to contributing to the training of graduate surveyors who leave University with both cognate and non cognate degrees wishing to complete the requirements of the RICS and qualify as a Chartered Surveyor.

Miller Commercial have achieved Approved Employers status from the RICS following approval of the firm’s Structured Training Agreement.

This means that we advise potential candidates which competencies we can help them to develop and how. Each candidate enters into their own Structured Training Programme which sets out what they can expect from us, what we expect from them and when. It also confirms that we have the will, the means and the intention of getting people qualified in accordance with the RICS Guides.”

Furthermore, one of the firm’s Partners is an APC Assessor and thus is uniquely positioned to provide invaluable advice to a candidate.
