Brian is a Partner and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors he is also a member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation. Brian joined Miller Commercial as Head of Development in April 2003 from Chesterton Plc. Previously Brian headed up the property services department at Carrick District Council. Brian has been involved with the property profession for 30 years and now specialises in the assembly, acquisition and disposal of development sites. In addition he also undertakes valuation, rent review and lease renewal work
