Commerical Agency SurveyorA vacancy exists within our Commercial Department for an Agency Surveyor. The applicant, who will be assisting with the disposal and acquisition of offices, shops, factories and development sites, must have some agency experience. This experience does not, however, necessarily have to be based in the commercial property sector as suitable training can be provided. The applicant must have the ability to work on his or her own initiative, be enthusiastic and computer literate. Rent Review/Lease Renewal SurveyorWe are looking for an experienced Rent Review Surveyor to join our Professional Department. The applicant, who should preferably be RICS qualified and must have experience in undertaking Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including the preparation of Arbitration Submissions and Expert Witness Reports. Good IT skills and a full clean driving licence are essential. Remuneration and package dependant upon experience. Graduate Building SurveyorWe would be very happy to discuss opportunities with talented individuals who wish to become RICS accredited following structured training. Experience will be given in all areas necessary to comply with the APC with additional training provided where necessary. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Building Surveying Degree and have a good understanding of building fabric and construction processes. They will also be self motivated and have the drive to become a fully qualified surveyor.
