  Russell Weetch MRICS

Russell is an Associate Partner and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors he is also Head of the Hotel, Leisure and Business Transfer Department. Russell has been involved with the property market in Cornwall since 1992 and joined Miller Commercial in February 2000. His expertise lies in the acquisition and disposal of country house hotels, leisure and licensed businesses.

  Richard Gilbert FNAEA FICBA

Richard is an Associate Partner and a fellow of the Institute of Business Agents. His background is in business in Cornwall. He joined Miller & Co in 1987 and is well placed to advise on the disposal of various businesses including retail and manufacturing businesses, campsites and leisure parks, hotels and guesthouses.

 Graham Timmins BA (Hons)

Graham returned to his native Cornwall after obtaining graduate and post-graduate qualifications in commerce and an international shipping career. Whilst Graham is involved in the marketing of a varied range of businesses throughout the county, he has specialist knowledge of the licensed trade sector and has forged strong relationships with major pub companies and individual opeartors throughout the county.

 Gareth Moody BA (Hons)

Gareth joined Miller Commercial during early 2007 as sales coordinator within the busy Hotel, Leisure and Business Transfer Department, prior to which he had worked in Estate Agency, in Herefordshire, and South Wales, before graduating from University with a BA Hons degree in 2005.  Gareth has now returned to agency and has become an important member within the Business Transfer Department, dealing with clients and applicant requirements.
