General agency

We specialise in the sale, letting and acquisition of offices, shops, factories and land.  Transactions can be undertaken on either a leasehold or freehold basis.  Instructions vary substantially in nature with many transactions taking place off the open market with complete confidentially.  Those who require maximum publicity with a mixture of local and national advertising.   Transactions can be undertaken by private treaty, tender either on a formal basis where contracts are exchanged when an offer is accepted, or informally where conditions can be annexed to the offers received as necessary.

  Investment

We act on a wide range of investment properties for both acquisition and disposal.  It requires an in-depth analysis of the individual circumstances relating to each property in order to build up an appropriate picture of risk analysis and opportunities to advise clients with their own particular risk profile.  This will normally include a full assessment of the property its leases, repair, together with the general market conditions prevailing at any time.

  Development

We provide specialist advice on site assembly, which may involve the piecemeal acquisition of various parcels of land to create development sites.  Advice subsequently provided in conjunction with the planning process and guidance provided for clients on maximisation of value.  In addition we are often involved with the sale of development sites with or without planning consent and transactions can often be agreed on a conditional or subject to planning basis.
