 Acting on behalf of private clients, Miller Commercial the Truro based firm of chartered surveyors, have concluded the letting of an industrial unit at Agar Way, on the Pool Industrial Estate, between Redruth and Camborne.
The premises, which provide a net internal area of 4,765sq.ft. [442.7sq.m.] include a suite of 5 offices. The unit was being marketed by way of a new, full repairing and insuring lease, off an asking rental of £18,000 per annum exclusive.
The plant hire company, A—Plant Lux, which currently trades from smaller premises nearby, are relocating to the larger unit as part of its’ expansion plans within Cornwall.
