 Miller Commercial of Truro have recently successfully concluded the sale of Silhouette Hair, Health & Beauty Salon, which is located at 13 Frances St, Truro. The well known business located on one of the city’s main thoroughfares was sold off a guide price of £35,000SAV.In addition to the main ground floor salon, the premises additionally offered 4 treatment rooms at first floor level, which could be independently accessed from street level. The salon benefited from a rear staff/laundry room and parking for one vehicle. The business was made available with the remainder of a 21 year lease commencing December 1988. Silhouette Salon has been acquired by a local purchaser, who will continue to trade as a salon. |
