 Miller Commercial of Truro have successfully concluded the sale of Killiwerris Touring Park, which is in a rural location approximately 5 miles north west of Truro, Cornwall.

This small select site offered 28 licensed touring pitches, plus a 28 day camping field, with facilities comprising amenity block, laundry room,& reception office. 

A feature of Killiwerris was the beautiful 5-bedroom owner’s residence providing an en-suite master bedroom with balcony, private gardens, swimming pool and summer house. Within the grounds was a double garage and a first floor self-contained 1-bedroom flat.

The new owners are the Ashurst family, who have moved south from Scotland to takeover the attractive business. They enjoy considerable experience in the leisure industry having sold a substantial site north of the border.

Offers for the freehold interest in Killiwerris Touring Park were invited off a guide price of £695,000. The sale price was not disclosed.
