 Miller Commercial are pleased to report the sale of the Duke Street Deli situated in the centre of Truro on a busy thoroughfare behind the landmark Truro Cathedral and close to many shop and office premises. The Deli commenced trading in September 2004. It has established quite a reputation in using top quality local produce and was able to demonstrate strong trading turnover.The business, was made available with the benefit of a 15 year term F.R.I. lease, commencing July 2004 at an asking rental of £15,500 per annum. The sandwich and delicatessen takeaway has been acquired by a local person, who hopes to build upon its’ current trading success. Duke Street Deli was sold off a guide price of £110,000.
