The premises on the 2^nd floor at 7,8,9 Old Bridge St were let to the financial services company for a term of 5 years on proportional internal repairing and insuring terms.  Mortgages & Loans UK Limited, currently based in Newquay, will no doubt use this opportunity to develop and strengthen a presence within Truro, as they seek to increase their market share in the mortgages and personal loans market.
