The business was sold with the benefit of a new 10 year lease, off an asking rental of £17,500 per annum, on full repairing & insuring terms

The Toll Bar was able to demonstrate a strong trading record and it has been acquired by local purchasers who want to build on its current trading success.

The Toll Bar was sold off a guide price of £110,000.

Gareth Moody, Commercial Surveyor at Miller Commercial comments,

‘The Toll Bar is a first class business in a highly favoured harbour town. It attracted strong interest and supports the experience of our agency that well presented catering businesses in good coastal locations remain very popular’.
