 Miller Commercial of Truro are bringing to the market the fast food takeaway outlet known as Munchers, located on the periphery of St Austell town centre at 41 High St. Offers are invited off a leasehold guide price of £25,000 SAVThe takeaway business operates from modest but very well equipped premises offering a ground floor, well presented sales area and commercial kitchen.
