The business enjoyed a prominent position over looking the regenerated area of the town known as The Moor. The business was sold with the residue of a 12-year, full repairing and insuring lease, commencing July 2004, with 3-yearly rent reviews, at a current passing rent of £18,500.

The Q Bar was sold close to the advertised guide price of £75,000.
