 Rob Redgrave of Miller Commercial reports the sale of the former Truro Fabrics premises located at 105 Kenwyn Street, Truro. 

The Kenwyn Street premises came available following the relocation of Truro Fabrics within the city. The substantial property comprised three retail units providing triple frontage and offered 207.2sq.m. [2232sq.ft.] of accommodation over two floors, together with a barn to the rear.  The premises have exchanged contracts (sold) to The Healthy Brown Bread Co., a Penzance based business, and the transaction will soon complete.

105 Kenwyn St, was sold off a frrehold guide price of £465,000.

Rob Redgrave, Commercial Surveyor at Miller Commercial comments, ‘The Healthy Brown Bread Co. propose to develop a ground floor health food store offering takeaway sandwiches and soups etc. On the first floor will be a vegetarian cafe. The new enterprise will trade under the name of Archie Browns and will mirror the company’s successful business at Penzance, where it enjoys web-site exposure on www.archiebrowns.co.uk   The new business will commence trading on June 9th this year’.
