The premises, known as Unit No.4 and No. 5 Hurling Way, offered gross internal areas of 5039ft² and 5,029ft² respectively. They included a ground floor office suite to the front, together with parking and vehicular access to the rear. The estate provided easy transport linkage to both Newquay Airport and the A30 trunk road. The units were made available on new F.R.I. leases, off asking rentals of £30,500 p.a.x.
