 Miller Commercial, the Truro based firm of Chartered Surveyors have been instructed to market an industrial unit located on the Cardrew Industrial Estate at Redruth, Cornwall. 

The premises have a total floor area of 1,078sq.m. (11,604sq.ft) together with mezzanine storage of 583sq.m. [6,282sq.ft.]. The unit includes an office content of approximately 15%. “The building is versatile in that it is split into three separate bays and lends itself to further subdivision” reports Mike Nightingale, Partner at Miller Commercial. 

The industrial unit is available either on a freehold or leasehold basis with offers invited in excess of £600,000 for the freehold tenure, or, on a leasehold basis with rental offers of £52,000 per annum being sought.

The new lease on offer will be on full repairing and insuring terms but other terms are open to negotiation. Given the versatility of the premises it is likely that they will be of interest to investors as well as occupiers.
