The land, which extended to over 10.5 acres, is located on the outskirts of Launceston with good vehicular access to the A30 and thence to the M5. It also is adjacent to the popular existing Pennygillam Industrial Estate.

“Interest in the land was substantial” reports Terry Trevarthen, Partner at the Truro based Chartered Surveyors, “to the point that negotiations culminated in best and final offers being requested’.

The resultant sale price was not disclosed but the land was available off a price guide of £1.5 million. The purchasers, who are a local development company intend to develop the land in due course.
