So far during 2008 our completed transactions include  recent sales on Tre Pol Pen at St Ives, The Trevanion Hotel at Looe, The Countryman Hotel near St Ives and The Grand Palm Hotel at Newquay. These transactions indicate that Cornwall remains a popular area in which to both join and expand operations within the hospitality industry’.
