 Miller Commercial of Truro have recently sold Dolvean House in Falmouth off a marketing guide price of £650,000 for the freehold interest.Located on Melvill Roadin a prime position within the popular harbour resort. the guest house is well positioned for the beaches, sea front, town and harbour.
