 Miller Commercial of Truro have recently arranged the letting of 4 Market Street, St Austell, located in the town centre of the key Mid-Cornwall town. The premises, previously occupied by Holmes & Jardin Estate Agents,provided a ground floor retail sales area with offices above. The accommodation totalled 126.4sq.m. [1360sq.ft.]No.4 Market St was let by way of an assignment of the existing 12 year lease expiring July 2015, at a current passing rental of £12,000 per annum. The premises are soon to become “The Cutting Room” hair salon.
