Brian Botting, who heads the Professional Team, has been made an equity partner. Brian is a Fellow of the R.I.C.S. and also sits on the Institute’s Assessment Panel of Professional Competence. He was formerly an Associate Director of Chestertons at their Exeter office before joining the Truro based practice. Within the Miller Commercial partnership he undertakes responsibility for the in-house professional development of trainee surveyors. His appointment strengthens the existing partnership to four equity partners. Brian’s team is responsible for all valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals etc.

He is married with three children and lives at Redruth. Brian’s current interests include marathon running, and whilst currently injured, he has run the London Marathon on 4 occasions and the New York Marathon twice.

Rob Redgrave, who has been with Miller Commercial now for four years has been appointed Head of the Commercial Department, which is agency biased and undertakes disposal and acquisition in all sectors of the commercial market throughout Cornwall. After a Truro School education, university and travel, Rob first embarked on a career in property with Miller Countrywide at Falmouth, then moved to Australia for a second year where he acquired his C.A.R. qualification. Upon returning to the UK he secured a position before moving into the commercial market with Miller Commercial.

Rob lives with his partner at Falmouth and he enjoys the outdoor, water-based activities that the River Fal offers, such as sailing and kayaking.
