The new venture, which will trade as Here and Now, will show exhibitions from not only established artists but also work by local students and artists from abroad. Kate O’Leary, proprietor of the new business comments, “We are extremely pleased to have opened this new shop which offers a wide range of inspirational art-related goods.  As well as providing a welcoming atmosphere and a meeting place for like-minded individuals, Here and Now will showcase new artwork and host artist run workshops”.

The premises stand close to The Moor in the harbour resort’ town centre and provide 29.7sq.m.[320sq.ft.] of accommodation. They were made available by way of a new lease, at an asking rental of £5,500 per annum exclusive.
