The successful, lock-up, seafood restaurant has been established since 1998 and is well presented. Standing at ground floor level, it offers a restaurant area of 61.2sq.m. providing for 35 covers, a well equipped kitchen and storage. The business is being made available on a 10 year term lease commencing June 2004, on an internal repairing and insuring basis, at a current passing rental of £9,987 per annum. The restaurant is supported by the local residential community and by the many tourists during the summer months using the many caravan/camping sites and holiday cottages in the area. Recent trading accounts show sales in the region of £72,000 producing a gross profit of 63%. The current proprietors have recently taken over another business and wish to sell the restaurant to concentrate on the new venture. Gareth Moody, Commercial Surveyor at Miller Commercial comments, ‘The area of Portreath in which the Harbourside Bistro stands is designated for future regeneration work and it is thought this will only add to the appeal of this attractive little restaurant. With a much lower guide price, the business now represents good value for the summer’. FOR FULL DETAILS CONTACT GARETH MOODY AT MILLER COMMERCIAL TRURO ON 01872 247029. |
