3 The Moor at Falmouth comes available to a new tenant

Rob Redgrave, Head of Commercial at Miller Commercial, reports the completion of a freehold sale on The Moor in Falmouth.  Formerly trading as Cox's Home Hardware, the premises at No.3 The Moor, has just changed hands to a neighbour, who is a local entrepreneur, with a view to developing and letting the unit.  The sale was essentially off market, so therefore the sale price is undisclosed, although suffice to say, all parties involved were pleased with the result.

Since the completion of sale, Miller Commercial have now been appointed as agents with a view to securing a pre-letting agreement of the ground floor, pending planning consent for redevelopment. It is currently anticipated that the occupation date would be early 2009.  The retail unit will offer up to approximately 1,900sq.ft. (176.6sq.m.) of floor space.

The ground floor of No.3 The Moor is being made available by way of a new, proportional, full repairing and insuring lease, off an asking rental of £36,000 p.a.x.
