This well established licensed catering outlet was centrally located just off the popular harbour resort’s main pedestrian thoroughfare. The premises were presented in good order and offered covers for 16 diners, in addition to its’ takeaway counter.

The Clipper Cafe, which trades successfully throughout the year, was sold off a guide price of £39,950.  The new owner, Nicola Willis, has moved down from Cambridgeshire.
