Rob Redgrave, Head of Commercial at Miller Commercial is pleased to report that the commercial agency team is making a concerted effort to let all the vacant units, and remove all the 'To Let' boards in Truro city centre.

Just as an example of this, is the corner of Kenwyn Street and Little Castle Street, where at the beginning of the year signs identified 3 units, the premises formerly occupied by Truro Fabrics, Video Vision, and Fine Pine.

Miller Commercial’s proactive approach has instigated the above three units changing hands to Archie Browns (archiebrowns.co.uk), The Soup Gallery and Atla Snowboards Snow Wear, all of whom we wish every success with their new premises.

Rob Redgrave comments, ‘Despite concerns in the global market place confidence remains in the local retailing market with Miller Commercial receiving a steady stream of enquiries for new premises.  Should you be looking to dispose of a commercial premises we welcome the opportunity to assist’.
