On behalf of Titan, a local development company, Miller Commercial are pleased to announce the success of a highly speculative development of 18 industrial units totalling some 36,000 square feet, adjacent to Tesco at Dunveth Business Park on the outskirts of Wadebridge town centre. The take-up of these units, which have been promoted on both short and long leasehold basis, has been excellent, with some local businesses taking the opportunity to expand and relocate into better and more modern units, whilst at the same time attracting various new businesses to the area completely. With Phase I of the development having been completed earlier this year, only 2 units now remain available, one of around 1,400ft² and the other of around 3,000ft². These are both offered on a short leasehold basis at £6 per ft², or long leasehold basis, at £100 per ft². The successful scheme means that Titan is now actively looking to develop Phase II, which would include a mix of purpose-built units for occupiers who have specific requirements which could not be catered for within Phase I. Additionally, further speculative units will be made available from as little as 750ft², up to much larger units, dependant upon occupier’s needs. Developers, Titan, will also be pleased to consider “building to order” and would be happy to receive expressions of interest accordingly.
