We have been successful in the recent completion of letting both No.8 and No.8A High Cross Street, in the centre of St Austell. The premises were brought to the market in November 2009 and interest was to follow shortly thereafter. Unit 8 provided 46 sq m (499 sq ft) and was let on a new 6 year lease.
