We have successfully concluded the sale of Goldcrest Office Supplies, which is a long established stationery business situated in Causewayhead in the centre of the harbour resort of Penzance.
The double fronted premises offered a ground floor retail sales area of 72 sq m and were located prominently in the shopping precinct area of the town.
The business, which was placed on the market due to retirement plans, stocked a comprehensive range of office supplies and stationery and was achieving sales of circa £200,000 per annum, with a good level of profitability. The business has been acquired by local purchasers and sold off a guide price of £55,000 with the benefit of a new 12-year lease.
