The Scope Complex at Wills Road, Totnes which comprises 11 industrial units ranging from 750 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft, 8 office suites ranging from 325 sq ft and various container accommodation has recently been purchased by Courtwave Limited, one of our many retained clients. Together we have had great success with Courtwave's other project, St Austell Bay Business Park, Cornwall and are looking to continue this success at the Scope Complex.

Our Agency Department is marketing a very limited number of office/industrial units ranging from 325 sq ft, which can be flexible depending on the amount of space required by applicants.
