Fat Fish Cafe on Wharf Road at Penzance has recently been sold to a local businessman off a Guide Price of £99,950. The actual sale price was not disclosed. The very successful fish and chip takeaway and café has been established for circa 30 years and occupies a tremendous trading position opposite the large main car park in the harbour resort Penzance and is also close to the railway terminus.
The Fat Fish Café comprised a comprehensively equipped commercial kitchen, servery area and 20-cover café with additional outside seating for a further 50 covers.
