The Peruvian Arms, which is situated on the eastern side of Penzance, West Cornwall is now available off a revised guide price of £299,950 plus stock at valuation.
The terraced public house, which was originally two properties, stands on Mount Street within the busy harbour resort, which provides both sea and air links to the Scilly Isles. The premises are reported to date back to 1867 or even earlier, and were constructed with the profits remitted back to Cornwall by hard rock Cornish miners working in the Peruvian silver mines.
