The successful restaurant business, Newquay Meadery, located in the centre of Newquay, one of the UK's most popular holiday destinations is now available for sale off a revised leasehold guide price of £75,000 plus stock at valuation.
Newquay Meadery occupies substantial licensed premises at the foot of Marcus Hill, just off the resort's main thoroughfare. Extending to circa 1900 sq ft it offers a medieval dining atmosphere, with provision for 80 covers on the ground floor, and a 1st floor function area providing a further 40 covers.
