Facilities Management Expert joins Miller Commercial Team

We are delighted to announce that Stephen Peckham CBIFM, AssocRICS, BA Hons, has joined our property management team.

Stephen has an extensive career in facilities management and will be helping our clients to ensure they get best value from contractors and their properties’ mechanical and electrical systems.

stephen-peckham 450Stephen’s appointment marks the next stage of our planned expansion for our Property Management teams which includes an enhanced service delivery to current clients through the provision of improved mechanical and electrical and Health & Safety compliances. With continued investment in expertise we are increasingly seen as ‘one stop shop’ specialists for property management, lease renewals, rent reviews, agency and investment - this depth of service is particularly appealing to clients with complex properties.

Stephen has numerous qualifications including a BA Facilities Management degree from Sheffield Hallam. For the last eleven years he has worked as a FM/Estates Manager for BBA PLC, Signature Flight Support, a London Luton Airport based firm servicing high end/VIP private jet arrivals and departures. He moved to Cornwall earlier this year with his family and lives just outside Truro.
