Ponsharden Industrial Estate, Falmouth
Miller Commercial of Truro have recently completed the lettings of Units No.1 and No. 5 on Ponsharden Industrial Estate at Falmouth. The small industrial units each offered gross internal areas of 108.5 sq m (1,168 sq ft) and benefited from roller shutter doors. They were made available on new, proportional, F.R.I. leases.
Office letting in the Centre of Truro
Our office agency department have recently completed the letting of the 1st and 2nd floor offices within Trevint House, Strangways Terrace, Truro. The character premises offered a net internal area of 2,234 sq ft and were offered with the benefit of a new, proportional, full repairing and insuring lease off an annual rental of £28,000.

Seagulls Tearooms occupies a prominent trading position within the popular, harbour, tourist destination of Mevagissey. There has been a tea room/cafe at this address for very many years however, at the time of the transaction the business was not trading.
