On the instructions of Glenhouse Estates, we have recently completed the letting of Unit 1C on the Trecerus Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Padstow, North Cornwall.
The industrial unit provided a gross internal area of 983 sq ft and was offered by way of a new proportional F.R.I. lease. Offers were invited for the annual rental.
The opportunity was taken up by a local company, Piran Marine Ltd who were looking to expand their business which has developed over a number of years.
