New convenience store to open in St Day

 The letting has just completed of ground floor retail premises located at 4 Fore Street in the village of St Day near Redruth. The premises, which were formerly occupied by the Co-Op Supermarket Group, offered a net internal area of 2,049 sq ft and were made available by way of a new F.R.I. sub-lease. Offers were invited for an annual rental.

The opportunity was taken up by the proprietor of a number of local convenience stores operating under the Premier Stores banner.
