Acting jointly with King Sturge of Plymouth & Exeter, on behalf of Valad Property Group, the former Furniture Factory premises which front Wilson Way on the Pool Industrial Estate, Nr. Redruth has been sold.
The building, which provided 58,000 sq ft of older style industrial accommodation, was located on a 3.1 acre site with good parking facilities to the front and rear. The unit was being marketed off a guide price of £900,000.
The premises were acquired by Tulip Limited, which is the largest producer of pork and pork related products throughout the UK. The company has also acquired Cornwall based Roach Foods Ltd in recent years.
