Our office agency department have recently completed the letting of the 1st and 2nd floor offices within Trevint House, Strangways Terrace, Truro. The character premises offered a net internal area of 2,234 sq ft and were offered with the benefit of a new, proportional, full repairing and insuring lease off an annual rental of £28,000.
The offices were taken by AddAction, who already occupied a space within the building and saw the premises as the ideal opportunity to expand their operation.
