Acting on behalf of the Methodist Church, we have sold the former Ruthernbridge Methodist Church & Sunday School. The premises were situated in an idyllic position within the hamlet of Ruthernbridge and close to the beautiful Camel Valley. They were last used as a chapel approximately 2 years ago.
The buildings offered circa 126.2 sq m and are Grade II Listed. They were being marketed at an asking price of £100,000 and were sold close to this figure to a local buyer who is considering alternative uses for the building.
