White River Shopping Complex, St Austell

Acting on behalf of W C Rowe (Falmouth) Ltd, we have negotiated a new lease of premises in the White River Shopping Complex in St Austell. This marks a substantial commitment by the company to St Austell, with the new store complimenting the bakery concession located within the town's Asda Supermarket. The new premises, which opened at the beginning of the month, stand in a prominent position at the front of the shopping centre overlooking Aylmer Square and include 47.4 sq m (510 sq ft) of accommodation.
The premises were being marketed through C B Richard Ellis of Bristol & Tushingham Moore of Manchester, off an asking rental of £25,000 per annum.
