We have been successful in the recent completion of letting both No.8 and No.8A High Cross Street, in the centre of St Austell. The premises were brought to the market in November 2009 and interest was to follow shortly thereafter. Unit 8 provided 46 sq m (499 sq ft) and was let on a new 6 year lease. It has been let to Miss N Davison, a local hairdresser t/a 5th Avenue, who originally trained in the property when it was previously a hair salon.
No. 8A has been let to STAK who are providing a valuable service to the needy and homeless, by selling meals, drinks and offering advice at a fraction of normal market rates. The unit was made available by way of a new 3 year term lease expiring 2013.
Robin Stevenson comments "both units provided good quality retailing areas at a reasonable annual rent. We wish both new tenants good fortune in their future operations."

Fisherman’s Loft, Middle Wharf, Mevagissey
A rare opportunity has arisen to acquire premises just yards from the harbour in one of Cornwall's most popular tourist fishing villages. Fisherman's Loft, Middle Wharf, Mevagissey is a character, single-storey building 25 metres from the sea. Historically used as a net store, the property now has a retail Planning Consent but is suitable for other uses such as a craft workshop, parking, storage, or even residential use (subject to gaining the necessary Planning Consents).
