Established for very many years, The Feast in Kenwyn Street has now changed hands and has just been acquired by Matt Bradwell and his fiancé Jenny.
The business, which occupied two floors, was able to offer a maximum of 51 covers from within the ground floor and an attractive rear courtyard.
The transfer was completed by way of assignment of residue of the existing 15 year term lease at a current passing rental of £15,000 per annum.
The Feast was offered off a leasehold guide price of £25,000. The sale price was not disclosed.
The establishment is being renamed "The Olive Café Deli" and will be opening on 9th August offering a brunch and lunch menu making best use of local seasonal produce in what is a relaxed atmosphere to include a delightful Mediterranean style courtyard. Matt and Jenny have considerable catering experience, having worked in chalets and hotels throughout Europe.
