Town Hall Returns To A West Cornwall Community

Acting on behalf of Cornwall Council, we have recently sold St Just Town Hall, near Land's End in the far west of Cornwall. The substantial character building was constructed of indigenous local stone under a slate roof. Arranged over two floors, it offered a net internal area of circa 4,750sq.ft. and was marketed at a guide price of £200,000.
The property was acquired by a local individual who wished to remain anonymous, who intends to return the hall to its former glory, and will be making it available for use by the community within St Just.

Colliford Tavern & Touring Site, Bodmin Moor
Colliford Tavern and Touring Site is located just off Cornwall's main corridor, the A30, on Bodmin Moor. The business, which stretches to circa 17 acres stands adjacent to the 900 acre reservoir known as Colliford Lake. The sylvan setting offers excellent opportunities for lakeside walks, enjoyment of a nature reserve and of course and fly fishing, subject to permits.
