Two lettings have recently concluded on Commercial Park, Wilson Way, Redruth. The premises, which were previously occupied by The Furniture Factory, became vacant last year and have been sub-divided in order to create versatile letting accommodation.
Bakertom has taken Unit No.14, which includes 2,373 sq ft, and was let off a rental based on just over £5 per sq ft. Tom Hazzledine, the proprietor, has advised that the premises will enable the company to continue expansion of its top quality baking operations and supply both his retail units in Truro and Falmouth, and his considerable wholesale business, which includes The 15 Restaurant at Watergate Bay.
Unit No.17 has been taken by Impact Printing Services Ltd, which is a new business set up by Adam White specialising in design, print and specialist print finishing. The unit has an area of 1,012 sq ft and was let off an asking rental of £6 per sq ft.
There are two units remaining available within Commercial Park. The first comprises ground floor offices fronting Wilson Way, which have a total of 766 sq ft with the other comprising a single industrial unit of 1,476 sq ft. These premises are being offered by way of new flexible internal repairing and insuring leases, at rentals starting at £6 per sq ft.
