Cornwall Hospice Care has relocated from River Street, to Back Quay, just off Lemon Plaza, Truro. The newly refurbished shop opened on Monday December 5th and trades on two floors. The 1st floor will include women's formal clothing including evening dresses, wedding outfits, and accessories as well as having a men's section. The ground floor will sell a range of casualwear for adults.
Sue Jenkins, who oversaw the premises' refurbishment says "we want shoppers to know that they can visit us here for excellent quality items without them having to fork out a fortune for Designer and High Street brands. Amongst the stock when the store opened were Chanel, Cerruti and Yves Saint Laurent Men's suits".
The lease for Cornwall Hospice Cares' new premises was negotiated by Rob Redgrave. The charity now has 28 retail outlets including two furniture outlets in St Austell and Penryn, an electrical outlet in Newquay, and a £1 shop in Redruth.

Former Newquay Bus Station
Acting on behalf of private clients, we have recently taken instructions to market a potential development site, situated on East Street in the centre of the Cornish resort of Newquay. The site comprises a former bus station and hotel on which Planning Permission was previously obtained for a mixed use retail and residential scheme comprising 28 dwellings and circa 12,000 sq ft of retail space, albeit this Permission has now lapsed. Unconditional offers are being invited off a guide price of £650,000.
