Surfside opens in Truro

Transfer of ownership was made by the assignment of the existing lease expiring 2014, at a current passing rental of £16,000 per annum. A small premium was sought.

The units have been taken by a new surfwear retailer, Surfside, who were keen to carry on the tradition of surf clothing and accessories retailed in the Kenwyn Street area of the city.
