 We have recently completed the letting of 16B Walsingham Place, Truro, which is located just off Victoria Square, in the centre of the city. The premises provided a net internal area of 343sq.ft. and were offered by way of an assignment of the 3-year proportional I.R.I. sub-lease, at a rental of £10,000 per annum.

 We have recently completed the letting of the lower ground floor office suite at Truro's landmark office building, Falcon House. Located on the corner of City Road and Calenick Street, the high- spec suite offered a net internal area of 2,250 sq ft. It was let off a quoting rental of £35,000 p.a. to recruitment agency, Working Links, who were relocating in the city.

 Acting on behalf of retained clients, we have acquired the leasehold interest in retail premises at 91 Market Jew Street, the main retail thoroughfare of Penzance, for Rowe's Bakery, The premises, which were being marketed through Bristol based agents Savills, include ground floor sales area of 925 sq ft (85.93 sq m), together with 1st floor storage of 401 sq ft (37.3 sq m).

 We have concluded a letting of premises at Edhen Park, Newham, to the Truro Fencing Club Gold Foundation, which is the charitable arm of Truro's Fencing Club. The premises, which were being offered at an asking rental of £20,000 per annum, are situated close to Truro's Royal Mail Sorting Office and total 257 sq m (2,767 sq ft), together with parking for up to 17 vehicles. They have been taken by the Foundation under a new 5 year lease for use as a fencing centre.

 Acting on behalf of private clients, we have recently completed the letting of Units 3 & 4 in the Mount Hawke Business Centre, at Mount Hawke, which is located to the NW of Truro. The premises were a former garage site with retail/showroom accommodation totalling 2,609 sq ft along with a substantial parking area. The opportunity was taken up by the proprietor of a number of local convenience stores operating under the 'Premier' banner.

 We can report the successful completion of sale of the Apple Barrel, which is a long established green grocery business occupying a prominent trading position in the out-of-town centre shopping precinct at Chester Road, Newquay. The shop unit provided a retail sales area of 32.4 sq m together with office space and a cold storage facility.

 Acting on behalf of the NHS Trust, we have recently completed the sale of the freehold of Silverdale, located at 10 Trewirgie Road, close to the centre of Redruth. The former nurses' boarding house, comprised a substantial Period property constructed of natural local stone, under a slate roof.  We have recently completed the letting of 65C Bank Street, Newquay, to a local businessman, who plans to refurbish the premises and continue trading as a sandwich and hot food takeaway.  We have sold to a private investor, premises located centrally within St Columb Major at 60 Fore Street.
