Acting on behalf of W C Rowe (Falmouth) Ltd, we have negotiated a new lease of premises in the White River Shopping Complex in St Austell. This marks a substantial commitment by the company to St Austell, with the new store complimenting the bakery concession located within the town's Asda Supermarket. The new premises, which opened at the beginning of the month, stand in a prominent position at the front of the shopping centre overlooking Aylmer Square and include 47.4 sq m (510 sq ft) of accommodation.
Former Methodist Church sold in Mid-Cornwall
Acting on behalf of the Methodist Church, we have sold the former Ruthernbridge Methodist Church & Sunday School. The premises were situated in an idyllic position within the hamlet of Ruthernbridge and close to the beautiful Camel Valley. They were last used as a chapel approximately 2 years ago.
New Arrivals At Goonhavern Garden Centre
We have recently completed the lettings of Unit 2 and Unit 6 at Goonhavern Garden Centre in the village of Goonhavern, between Newquay and Redruth. The units form part of the substantial garden centre, which stands adjacent to the busy A3075, and therefore attract good passing trade, especially during the summer months as tourists seek the nearby beaches of Newquay, Perranporth and Holywell Bay.

We have recently concluded the sale of the former Bodenes Restaurant at 36 Arwenack St in the centre of Falmouth. The new owners are David Trewin and Emily Rose. David has had considerable experience in the restaurant industry, having in the past held the position of head chef at two well known restaurants. The modern, attractive premises offered 40 covers at ground floor level, together with a lower ground floor providing a lounge and cocktail area.

Miller Commercial of Truro have recently completed the lettings of Units No.1 and No. 5 on Ponsharden Industrial Estate at Falmouth. The small industrial units each offered gross internal areas of 108.5 sq m (1,168 sq ft) and benefited from roller shutter doors. They were made available on new, proportional, F.R.I. leases.

Our office agency department have recently completed the letting of the 1st and 2nd floor offices within Trevint House, Strangways Terrace, Truro.
