South West of England Awards

 

Miller Commercial has beaten off national competition to be rated among the top 5 most successful Commercial Agencies in the whole of the South West of England.

Figures published Monday 27th February 2012 by the industry's Estates Gazette magazine show that we have outranked other companies in terms of deals done, for whole of the area comprising Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bristol and Dorset, despite having just one office in Truro.

The ratings, which are broken down into Industrial, Office, Retail, Hotel and Leisure sectors, rank us consistently among the top five for the South West region, outperforming much larger national and international firms of chartered surveyors, who have branches throughout the UK.

This latest news follows the agency's success last year when it won the Estates Gazette Award for 'Most Active Agent' in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. Since then negotiators at Miller Commercial have successfully completed a clutch of high profile sales and lettings including placing Austin Reed and Joules in Truro, Costa Coffee in Helston and the acquisition of new industrial premises at Redruth for the clothing company SeaSalt Cornwall.
