Some of our staff from the Company attended the first evening of this year's festival, at the Princess Pavilions, Falmouth – and sampled Skinners new Charity Ale.
The Cornish Brewer has collaborated with cancer survivor Pauline Giles, who runs the Breast Cancer Charity 'Bosom Buddies', to produce a charity ale named "Betty's Knockers". The new beer has been going down well with a record number of visitors at the event organised by CAMRA Kernow, the Cornwall branch of the Campaign for Real Ale.
The festival has expanded year-on-year to become the largest of its kind in the County with visitors being able to sample more than 200 real ales from all over the country, dozens of superb ciders and perries and the ever-popular alcoholic ginger beers.
Our Licensed Trade Spokesperson, Graham Timmins says "this is the 6th year running we have been involved in sponsoring the festival and we are delighted to be part of its continuing success story."
